Chicken Marsala

May want to double the sauce if serving with mashed potatoes. Delicious!

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts-2
- Marsala Wine-1 cup
- Minced Garlic-2 cloves
- Butter-1 tablespoon
- Heavy Cream-2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch-1 tsp dissolved in 1 tbsp water
- Salt, pepper and chicken seasoning
- Olive oil-1 tbsp
Directions

Season chicken with salt, pepper and seasoning to taste

Heat one tbsp olive oil in small pan and put chicken in, covered, to heat through

When chicken is almost done, start sauce

Heat one tbsp butter and add mushrooms and saute

Add garlic and wine and let mixture simmer until wine slightly reduces

Add cornstarch mixture, cream and a pinch of salt

Add chicken breasts in to finish off cooking and stir in with liquid

Serve over mashed potatoes and asparagus
