Cheese N Sausage Quiche

Cook time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 9" unbaked pie shell
- 3/4 lb bulk sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1 TBSP parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp each - garlic, salt, pepper
- 1 cup light cream or evaporated milk

Heat oven to 425

Prepare pie shell, bake 7 minutes

Remove form oven; reduce heat to 350

In medium skillet, brown sausage; remove and drain on paper towel.

Reserve 2 TBSP fat cook and stire onions, green peppers until crisp tender-about 2 minutes.

Stir in drained sausage. Spoon into shell.

Sprinkle with cheese.

In medium bowl, beat eggs until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well; pour over cheese.

Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.

Cool 5-10 min. Cut into wedges
