Tangy Cheese Ball

Not my favorite, but good in a pinch

Ingredients
- 4 0z. Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4cup (1 oz.) Blue cheese, crumbed
- 2 Tbsp. Imitation bacon, cooked, crumbled,
- optional
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- Snipped Parsley or chopped nuts
- Saltine crackers
Directions
- In medium bowl place cheeses. Let stand until room temperature. Add bacon, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic salt, mix well. Chill, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Shape into a ball. Roll in parsley or chopped nuts. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
