Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 8 frankfurters, in 1-inch pieces
Directions
- Drain sauerkraut; rinse with cold water, drain again. Grease or spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix sauerkraut, mushrooms, onions and frankfurters. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with pepper and pour tomato juice over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Then unco0ver and bake 15 minutes longer.
