Tomato Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 cups hot cooked wide noodles
Directions
- In a skillet, in two batches, brown beef; set aside.
- Add vinegar and mushrooms to skillet; cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Add tomato sauce and reserved beef. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
