Ingredients

• 12 sticks string cheese, of your choice
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 5 Tbsp. bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
• Dollop of olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

1. Cut cheese sticks in half to make 24 pieces. Freeze until completely solid.
2. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Use another bowl to combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
3. Dip frozen cheese sticks in flour, then egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
4. Once all sticks are coated, place them on a baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray or brushed with olive oil.
5. Bake in oven at 400 degrees about 4 minutes, or until crisp. Watch closely so they don’t melt completely.
