Fried Venison Steaks

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. (1/2-inch thick) venison steaks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- Hot oil
Directions
- Run steaks through tenderizer or beat well with meat mallet.
- Marinate in buttermilk for a few minutes. Dredge in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
