Asian Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 cups chopped leftover (cooked) turkey
- breast
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
- 4 (8 to 10-inch) whole-grain tortillas
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
Directions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil and salt; mix well, then chill.
- Combine turkey, celery, radishes, onions and almonds. Drizzle chilled dressing over turkey mixture and toss to coat.
- Spoon evenly onto tortillas, sprinkle with basil and roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
