Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup Vodka (don't use the rot-gut kind!!)
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shrimp or scallops (optional)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet, add red pepper flakes and vodka, simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and half-and-half, and simmer for 5 minutes, then add salt.

Cook the pasta and return to pot. Add sauce to pasta, and add parmesan gradually as you stir gently to mix.
