Ingredients
- 2 small boxes or 1 lg. box coconut or vanilla
- pudding mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 9-10 inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz. can pineapple slices
- 8 maraschino cherries or more
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 8 oz. container cool whip
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream; mix well.
- Fold-in 1//2 the container of cool whip. Put mix into pie crust. Top with rest of cool whip.
- Drain pineapple slices and arrange on top of pie. Sprinkle flaked coconut on top if pineapple, optional. Place cherries in center of pineapple rings, more if desired.
