Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips
Directions
- Beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth. Unroll crescent roll sheet on lightly floured surface, pitch seams together. Use a rolling pin to stretch dough, then trim edges to make rectangular shape. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough, leaving 1/2 inch edges clean.
- Sprinkle chips on top and press lightly into9 cream cheese layer.
- Roll dough up tightly and rap in plastic wrap. Place in freezer at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
