Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth. Unroll crescent roll sheet on lightly floured surface, pitch seams together. Use a rolling pin to stretch dough, then trim edges to make rectangular shape. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough, leaving 1/2 inch edges clean.
  2. Sprinkle chips on top and press lightly into9 cream cheese layer.
  3. Roll dough up tightly and rap in plastic wrap. Place in freezer at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  6. keep the precise round shape, but that’s fine. Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
