Smothered, Chopped Venison Patties

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground venison
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except soup in large bowl, and then form into patties about the size of thick hamburgers. Sprat a large skillet with Pam or a small amount of oil. Brown the patties on both sides. When patties are brown, remove from pan, leaving drippings.

Add soup and 1/2 can of water to drippings. Stir while heating on medium heat. After soup is dissolved, add patties, put lid on skillet and simmer on low heat about 30 minutes.
