Smothered, Chopped Venison Patties

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground venison
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except soup in large bowl, and then form into patties about the size of thick hamburgers. Sprat a large skillet with Pam or a small amount of oil. Brown the patties on both sides. When patties are brown, remove from pan, leaving drippings.
  2. Add soup and 1/2 can of water to drippings. Stir while heating on medium heat. After soup is dissolved, add patties, put lid on skillet and simmer on low heat about 30 minutes.
