Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Directions

Line muffin pan with 18 paper cups.

Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and egg. Mix well.

Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Fill cups half full. Top each with a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle almonds over cream cheese mixture.

Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 until light golden brown.

Cool 15 minutes.

Remove from pans and cool completely.

Refrigerate.
