Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. in a blender, mix juice, yogurt and honey until smooth.

  2. Add ice; blend until frothy.

  3. Divide between two glasses; top with pomegranate seeds.
