Peach Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh sliced peaches
  • 1/5 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup raspberries

Directions

  1. Mix first three ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Mash raspberries with a fork.

  3. Fill two glasses halfway with milk mixture, top with raspberries and repeat.
