Ingredients
- 3 c Rolled oats
- 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 3/4 t salt
- 3/4 c walnuts, small pieces
- 2 1/4 c berries, fresh or frozen
- 3 c milk
- 2 lg eggs
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 bananas

Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar together in a bowl. Add berries and walnuts.

another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and butter. Slice bananas and put in the bottom of a greased 10.5 × 8.5 baking dish. Top with dry ingredients. Pour the milk mixture on top and gently tilt until it covers the entire bottom of the dish. Bake for 40-60 minutes. Serve Warm.
