Spicy Tomato Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (5 oz.)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove pork chops form skillet; keep warm. In same skillet, cook and stir in remaining ingredients

  2. Return pork to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered 15-20 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with sauce.
