Ingredients

• 12 ounces fat-free, plain yogurt
• 1 medium banana
• 2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

1. In a blender or food processor puree all ingredients together.

2. Distribute evenly into 6 silicone muffins.

3. Or use a cookie press or ziploc bag with the corner cut off to make pretty shapes.

4. Freeze for 6 – 8 hours, or until firm.

5. Store in a freezer safe container.
