Slow Cooker Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 10 ounce bag of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Melt butter and 5 ounces of chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Let cool 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in sugar, followed by eggs, mixing until combined. Add the salt and vanilla extract. Add flour and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
  3. Add the remaining chocolate chips.
  4. Coat a slow cooker with cooking spray or butter. Spread the batter into the crock pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 – 3 hours.

  6. When the edges are set, but the middle still looks undercooked; turn the crock pot off and allow it for 30 minutes.
