Chunky Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 jar (24 oz.) garden-style spaghetti sauce
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 medium green pepper, in 1 inch pieces
- 1 large sweet onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- Hot cooked spaghetti
- Sliced ripe olives and shredded Parmesan
- cheese, optional

Place the first six ingredients in a plastic freezer bag; seal and freeze.

To use, place filled freezer bag in refrigerator 48 hours or until completely thawed. Transfer contents to 3 quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until tender. Coarsely shred chicken.

Serve with spaghetti. If desired, sprinkle with olives and cheese.
