Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 5-6oz. salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fillets. Mix well. Place Salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Using a basting brush, brush salmon with mixture on both sides. Top with lemon slice. Bake 12 minutes.
