Ingredients
- 5-6oz. salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fillets. Mix well. Place Salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Using a basting brush, brush salmon with mixture on both sides. Top with lemon slice. Bake 12 minutes.
