Pecan- Orange Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (5 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended.

Place salmon in a greased 11×7-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over salmon; sprinkle with pecans. Bake salmon, uncovered, 15-18 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
