Creamed Eggs with Ham and Artichokes

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 9 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- 4 slices American cheese
Directions
- Cook artichoke hearts as directed on package, adding bay leaf during cooking, if desired. Drain and remove bay leaf. Combine soup, onion, water, salt, garlic salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Arrange artichoke hears, ham, and hard-cooked eggs, in a 3-quart casserole. Add soup mixture. Top with slices of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
