Ingredients
- 2 small cans tuna
- 1 lb. liver mush
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup oats or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, minced
Directions
- Separate tuna with fork; mash liver mush and combine. Add eggs and 1/2 cup milk; stir thoroughly.
- Add catsup, salt, flour, oats, 1/2 cup milk and margarine. Form into a loaf. Onion may be added to the mixture, or sprinkled over top.
- Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
