Tuna Liver Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 small cans tuna
  • 1 lb. liver mush
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats or cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium onion, minced

Directions

  1. Separate tuna with fork; mash liver mush and combine. Add eggs and 1/2 cup milk; stir thoroughly.
  2. Add catsup, salt, flour, oats, 1/2 cup milk and margarine. Form into a loaf. Onion may be added to the mixture, or sprinkled over top.
  3. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
