Grilled Turkey and Pear Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 oz. deli turkey
- 4 oz. Gouda cheese, sliced thin
- 1 ripe Red Anjou, Red Bartlett or other red- skinned pear, thinly sliced, unpeeled
- 8 slices of your favorite bread
- Philadelphia whipped mix berry cream
- cheese spread
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted, divided use
Directions
- On one side of each slice of bread, spread a very thin layer of the whipped berry cream cheese spread.
- On four of the slices, stack the cheese, sliced pear and 2 oz. turkey, then top with a second slice of bread, cream cheese side to the inside.
- Pour some of the melted butter into your skillet, lightly covering the bottom. Heat your skillet as you would to make grilled cheese sandwich.
- Place sandwiches in pan, browning well. Before turning, brush the top of the sandwich with melted butter. Brown second side well and then serve hot.
