Chili No No ! No onion, no garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 16 oz. cans chicken broth or stock
- 3 16 oz. cans Simple Truth Organic Tri Blend
- Bean Blend
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp. diced jalapeno
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. jalapeno juice, optional
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet or pot that has been preheated with olive oil. Drain. Add broth, beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat, simmering for 45 minutes to an hour. Chili will thicken as it cooks down. If desired, you can use a mixture of Great Northern or Navy beans, black beans, or other beans instead.

Be sure to rinse and drain canned beans.
