Ingredients

• 1 gal. Spiced Apple Cider
• 1 gal. Apple juice
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 8 whole cinnamon sticks
• 1 (750ml. size) bottle Everclear 190-Proof
• Grain alcohol

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except alcohol, and bring to a boil in a large pot.
2. Remove from heat and cool completely. Add Everclear alcohol. Stir to blend. Pour into quart jars (about 5), securing lid, and place in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
