Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
- Olive Oil
- 2 15-oz cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 14-oz can Chicken Broth (optional)
- 1 15-oz can Corn, drained
- 1 15-oz can Brooks Just for Chili Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning

In a pan, pour just enough Olive Oil to cover the bottom of the pan; cook the chicken breast just until done.

Cut chicken into small pieces.

Add all other ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high.
