Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 15-oz cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans
  • 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 14-oz can Chicken Broth (optional)
  • 1 15-oz can Corn, drained
  • 1 15-oz can Brooks Just for Chili Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning

Directions

  1. In a pan, pour just enough Olive Oil to cover the bottom of the pan; cook the chicken breast just until done.

  2. Cut chicken into small pieces.

  3. Add all other ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high.
