Ingredients
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
- 18 ounce package of plain yellow cake mix
- 12 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions

Spoon the crushed pineapple over the bottom of a 12" dutch oven.

Distribute the cherry pie filling evenly over the pineapple layer.

Spread the dry cake mix over the fruit layers.

Drizzle the melted butter over the whole thing.

Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.

Cook in the dutch over at 350 degrees (9 coals down and 15 coals up) for one hour.

Cool for 10 or 15 minutes before serving.
