Cowboy Beans and Rice with Franks

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 med. green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 hot dogs, sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, rinsed
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add hot dogs (sliced into 1/4 inch rounds), 3 cups cooked rice, canned, rinsed beans and barbecue sauce; mix well.
- Reduce heat to low-simmer 6-7 minutes until hot.
