Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery
  • soup
  • 1/2 cup 1 percent milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 1 1/2-qaurt to 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in the dish, and then the onions. Mix soup and milk together and pour over potatoes and onions. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
