Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thin-skinned potatoes
- (red skin or Yukon Gold), cubed
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
- Heat butter and milk in pan. Return potatoes to hot milk mixture and stir until smashed and mixed well. Stir in salt.
