Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 oz. pepperoni, julienned
- 10 oz. Canadian bacon, julienned
- 1 1/2 cups canned whole tomatoes, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté pepperoni and Canadian bacon for 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and spices. Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add hot spaghetti and heat thorough. Mix in Parmesan cheese and serve.
