Mustard-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. center-cut salmon filets, cut into 4
- portions
- Coarse salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- lemon wedges
Directions
- Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil, then coat with cooking spray.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Spread evenly over salmon.
- Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is opaque in center. Serve with lemon wedges.
