Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Monterrey Jack

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.

  2. Add the milk and minced garlic.

  3. Stir together well.

  4. Continue to stir as you add one egg at a time to make a nice dough-type mixture.

  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and Monterrey Jack.

  6. Stir well, until the cheese is melted and mixed in well.

  7. Put the mixture into a piping bag.

  8. Pipe onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  9. Pipe each one about an inch apart.

  10. Add more cheddar cheese on top if you like.

  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until they puff up.
