Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent roll dough
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 cups granulated sugar, divided use
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam and then spread the dough from one can of the rolls in the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan, pressing the dough to fit the pan.
- Mix together the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of the sugar and vanilla; spread mixture over the dough layer.
- Cover this mixture with the remaining dough, stretching it fit.
- Pour the melted butter over the top; sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 sqaures
