Turkey-Pork Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, torn
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. uncooked ground turkey breast
- 8 oz. ground pork
- 1/2 cup very finely chopped onion (1med.)
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- In a small bowl combine bread, milk, and Worcestershire. Let stand 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl combine turkey, pork, onion, parsley, egg, egg white, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, and bread mixture. Using clean hands, gently mix just until combined. Using a slightly rounded tablespoon of meat mixture (or No. 60 scoop), shape into 48 meatballs (1-inch diameter).
- Coat an extra-large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. heat over medium heat. Cook meatballs in hot skillet, half at a time, about 10 minutes or until no longer pink (165 degrees). carefully turning to brown evenly.
