French Onion Chicken

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 10.5 ounce can of french onion soup
- 1 Cup croutons
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Slices of swiss or provolone cheese
Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add chicken and cook on each side until browned

Add the french onion soup to the skillet and allow chicken to cook another 4-5 minutes on each side (until done), adding the croutons to the mixture after you flip the chicken.

When chicken is fully cooked, add a slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Turn off heat and allow cheese to melt over chicken.

Server with rice or vegetables and enjoy!
