Loaded Granola Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole white wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup crispy brown rice cereal
- 1 cup golden raisins or dried cranberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs and blend well.dd all remaining ingredients and stir just to combine.
- Scoop and drop by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
