Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned reduced-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped avocado
  • 1/2 cup coarsely snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together beans, corn, avocado, cilantro, red onion and lime juice. Serve immediately.
