Ingredients
- 3/4 c fat free half and half
- 4 decaf green tea bags
- 1/2 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

heat the half and half in a saucepan. When it simmers, add tea bags. Allow to steep 5 minutes.

Gently squeeze tea bags and discard.

Return mixture to simmer and pour over chocolate in a medium bowl.

Stir to combine.

Place bowl in freezer about 10 min, removing and stirring every 2 min.

Roll into truffles and coat with cocoa powder.
