Paneer Parantha

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup flour
- Water
- Salt
- Filling:
- 1/4 bar Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)
- Spices:
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Chili powder
- Amchur
- Fennel (Saunf) powder
- Salt
- Oil
Directions

Make a smooth dough with flour, water and salt and keep it aside

Shred paneer

Mix all the spices according to taste

Roll one ball of the dough to a small round

Fill it with about 2 tbsp of the paneer filling and make it into a ball

Roll the ball of filling stuffed dough gently into a round roti

Cook it on the pan putting oil on both sides until thoroughly cooked
