Fodmap Friendly Barbeque Sauce

Nice marinade for BBQ meats
Add to mince when making meatballs, or meat sauce for nachos
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 C red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C hot water
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t paprika
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t cayenne
- 2 T cornflour mixed with 1/2 C cold water
Directions

Mix cornflour with cold water and set aside.

In heavy saucepan, combine water and brown sugar and stir until dissolved.

Bring to boil over medium heat, cook 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature.

Store unused sauce in airtight container up to one week, in refrigerator.
