Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 sticks butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter together. Add 1 egg at a time. Add flour, salt baking soda and sour cream, beat well. Add vanilla, and fold in coconut. Bake in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
