Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 15 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 14oz. can pinto beans
- 1 14 oz. can ranch style beans
- 1 14 oz. can corn kernels
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Brown beef in large soup pot with salt, pepper, chopped onion and garlic powder.
- Drain.
- Put all the other ingredients in the pot with cooked beef and cook for 1 hour.
