Overnight Bacon and Brie Strata

Ingredients
- 6 slices sourdough bread, torn into large pieces
- 7 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- Lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish. Place bread, Brie and bacon in pan and toss until evenly mixed.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and crushed red pepper. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove pan from refrigerator. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place pan in oven and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set. Sprinkle with parsley and slice into squares. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
