Smoked Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4-6 fresh jalapenos, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1lb. bacon (optional)
Directions
- Mix ingredients (remove veins and seeds from jalapenos) except Worcestershire sauce and bacon.
- Form a loaf. Wrap bacon slices around loaf, if desired.
- Cook in smoker one hour at 300 degrees.
- Place loaf on foil, add Worcestershire and seal foil. Cook 30 minutes, internal temperature should reach 160 degrees. Allow meat to rest 20 minutes in foil before serving.
