Ranch Skillet Supper

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. turkey breast
- 1 ( 8oz.) pkg. seasoned rice and black beans
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 3/4 cups water
- chopped fresh cilantro
- 1cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high.
- Add the turkey breast and cook 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir in seasoned rice and black beans, tomatoes with green chilies, corn and water.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Sprinkle with cilantro and shredded cheese.
