Sloppy Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef sirloin
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 4 Tbsp. sliced black olives, well drained
- 12 taco shells, warmed according to package directions
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in the tomato sauce and spices. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- To serve, fill each taco shell with 1/4 cup of beef mixture, some diced avocado, shredded lettuce and black olives.
