Ingredients
- 4 1/2cups blueberries
- 7 cups sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bottle fruit pectin
Directions
- Wash blueberries thoroughly. Crush and place in a large pan. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. heat rapidly to a full rolling boil and continue boiling hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly before and during boiling. Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
- Skim off foam. Coll. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
