Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2cups blueberries
  • 7 cups sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bottle fruit pectin

Directions

  1. Wash blueberries thoroughly. Crush and place in a large pan. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. heat rapidly to a full rolling boil and continue boiling hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly before and during boiling. Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
  2. Skim off foam. Coll. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
